A lush, sun-speckled film from the incomparable Andrea Arnold
(Fish Tank, Wuthering Heights). Free-spirited, wayward teenager Star hitches a
ride with a group of beautiful misfits as they road trip across the USA,
selling magazine subscriptions door-to-door to fund a hedonistic lifestyle.
Fear, hope, love, sex, danger, unity - with no destination and no map,
this makeshift family navigate life the only way they know how - by staying on
the move. A sensuous journey into the heart of America seen through the
eyes of young people on the fringes of society.
