How to Book

Bookings for Showroom films for groups of under 10 students can be booked directly through the Box Office on 0114 275 7727 or directly through the website (What's On). 

Please note payment must be made at time of booking and normal concession rates apply.

For Education Group bookings of 10+ we offer discounted tickets at £3 for public screenings upto 5pm, and £4 after 5pm.

For screenings at other times an additional subsidised cinema hire rate is charged, which includes the hire of the cinema space and relevant film. All education group bookings must be made through the education department. Contact us here.

Provisional bookings can be made up to one week before an event when final numbers of students must be confirmed and you will be issued an invoice. This invoice is to be paid no later than two weeks after the event has taken place. Payments can be made by cheque, cash or authorised credit cards.

Please note late payment will incur a 10% charge per week.
