Doc/Fest logo 2013

Discover a world of film in Sheffield this June. From the 12-16 June 2013, Sheffield will once again become the hub for the world’s most exciting documentary and digital media festival: Sheffield Doc/Fest. 2013 marks the Festival’s 20th Anniversary, and Doc/Fest 20 is set to be the biggest and best Festival yet.

Doc/Fest welcomes over 2600 delegates to the Showroom from over 60 countries to celebrate the craft and love of documentary here in Sheffield, alongside over 20,000 members of the general public.

Music, art, sport, protest: whatever your interest is, you can explore it through film at Doc/Fest. Pick the strand that interests you from the list below, and remember tickets for nearly all films are the same price as a Showroom cinema ticket, even screenings that are world premieres or include a director Q and A! There’s also Special Events including an ITV session with Sir Trevor McDonald, and Opening Night screening of Pussy Riot – A Punk Prayer. Even more special events details are available now on the Sheffield Doc/Fest website including live music events and in conversation events with the stars.

If you want to see several films, you might be interested in the Doc/Lovers’ Pass, and for the full Doc/Fest experience including access to opening Night, all film screenings, every in conversation and live music event, and all parties, full festival passes and are available from www.sheffdocfest.com
