Workstation Customer Services Manager
Full Time (37 hours)
Salary: £18,000 pa
The Workstation is Sheffield’s hothouse of creative and digital industries talent and supports a hub of innovation in the heart of the city. It offers high quality, fully managed workspaces at affordable prices with a range of conference and meeting rooms and support services. The Workstation has a high level of occupancy with a thriving tenant community.
The Workstation Customer Services Manager is a new post which has been created to support the Centre Manager to ensure that all tenants and visitors receive the highest level of customer care as possible and that the services we offer are exemplary.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be the face of the Workstation as the post-holder will have direct involvement in the decisions made which affect how the Workstation is run on a day to day basis.
The Workstation Customer Services Manager will have a pro-active approach to the role, developing a detailed knowledge of the sector and promoting our services to tenants and potential new clients at every opportunity.

Showroom Workstation is an integrated media arts complex operating a café/bar, conference and events facilities, four-screen cinema and creative industries managed workspace.
We are looking for several Customer Services Assistants to join our team. As a CSA, you could be working at any of our customer service points, including the bar, the cinema kiosk, cinema front-of-house, after-hours reception, and conferences.
If you have great customer service skills, we invite you to apply.
As a key point of contact for many of the Showroom’s customers, you’ll be responsible for selling food and drink, helping to keep the bar and kiosk tidy, and providing front of house assistance in the cinema foyer.
You will play a vital role during events, including our biggest annual event, Sheffield Doc Fest, and Showco, our annual children’s film festival. Flexibility, reliability, friendliness and a can-do attitude required!
Please note this position involves the sale of alcohol, so applicants must be 18 or over.
