Tickets: £10 / £7 concessions
The event starts at 1pm and concludes at 5.30pm
Who is your favourite nun in art, film,
literature, popular culture?
We invite you to bring her along to our discussion of nuns in art and life.
This informal event will be led by Jaime Goodrich and Nicky Hallett (both working on nuns’ literature) and others from the School of English at the University of Sheffield. We’ll explore the ways that nuns are represented and why, and we’ll screen A Question of Habit, narrated by Susan Sarandon, on nuns in contemporary US culture.
