Starters

Artichoke - Artichoke, puff pastry, red pepper gel, tapenade and leaf (v)

Soup - Roast cauliflower and nutmeg soup (ve)

Langoustine - Grilled langoustine, compressed cucumber, lemon, and pickled fennel 

Duck - Duck rillette, pomegranate salsa and rye crostini

Mains

Chicken - Galantine of chicken, chicken mousse, roast garlic, red pepper, fondant potato, creamed leeks, salsa verde

Sirloin - Sirloin steak, hand cut chips, roast cherry tomatoes, diane sauce and mixed leaf

Hake - Pan-fried hake, puy lentils, fennel, olives and a bisque reduction

Mushrooms - Mushroom mousse, soy gel, potato gratin, shallots and a lemon and tarragon sauce (v)

Aubergine - Smoked aubergine, coriander crackers, saffron potatoes and saffron oil (ve)

Desserts

Lovers Rock - Brownie cake with orange crème fraiche, orange sorbet and chocolate rocks

Apple of my eye - Baked apple with rum soaked sultanas and rhubarb sorbet

Sharing plate - Both desserts to share

Cheese - Selection of cheeses with homemade tomato chutney and biscuits
