Women to Work

Are you unsure where to start, feel a lack of confidence or wonder how you will ever find time to make the changes you want?

Run by Emma Shute and Jenny Pollock, Women to Work is a social enterprise in Sheffield set up to help individual women with children to define and create a fulfilling work life and to support organisations to create sustainable engagement of female talent.

Women to Work offers help to working mums through our workshops, coaching sessions, Business Club and online resources. Women to Work offers support to organisations through bespoke solutions such as mentoring scheme design; support, supervision and development for mentors; workshops for managers; workshops for women; and one to one coaching.
