At the Workstation we ensure our tenant's enjoy the best possible working environment. Our dedicated reception team provides a warm welcome and full office bureau support Monday to Friday.
24 hour security and full access to the building enables all tenants to work in and out of office hours.
State-of-the-art PABX Digital telephone system has a ‘my phone’ and ‘my pa’ service, make every handset a potential switchboard that enables you to transfer and forward calls from your desk. Voicemail can be accessed from anywhere in the world and with ‘my communicator’ you can take the telephone system with you. Our call tariffs are competitive and onsite and engineer support is all part of the service.
Full IT support and 30mb broadband internet access is available from a standard contended connection to a 2mb+ uncontended slice, with no limitation set on data transfers. All Workstation offices have Cat5e cabling and helpdesk support is available with every connection rental. For those in a hurry, broadband and telephones can be set up and activated within 1 hour. Most of the communal areas in the Workstation are WiFi enabled.
We also offer a range of complimentary services include meeting & greeting your visitors, a bespoke telephone answering service, mail sorting and processing including Royal Mail special, recorded and overseas service, courier booking and tracking. Our bureau service includes database creation and maintenance, document binding and lamination, mail shot processing, photocopying and collating, proof reading and word processing. Office cleaning, concierge and maintenance services are also available at competitive rates on request.
