The 65 office spaces at the Workstation cover over 56,000 square feet on five levels, offering a wide range of workspace solutions for small to large enterprises. Studios in the refurbished Kennings Building range in size from 600 to 3,500 sq feet. Open and spacious with high ceilings and large feature windows that let in natural light, these studios are ideal for businesses from 8 to 50 employees. The small and medium sized studio spaces on the refurbished upper floors range in size from 130 to 600 sq feet and are suitable for between 1 and 8 employees. 

All office spaces in the Workstation benefit from cat5e cabling and fast internet access. Lease terms are offered from 1 to 3 years, with short term agreements also available. The Workstation also offers tenants a range of Business Services and Business Support.
