The brains behind Juno reunite to take the traditional romcom formula and turn it upside down. Mavis (Theron) was the quintessential “popular” American teen. Now a writer of teen fiction, success continued to come easy in adulthood. But something is missing. She returns to her hometown to relive her glory days and reclaim her happily married high school sweetheart (Wilson). There she forms an unusual bond with a former classmate (Oswalt).
