Marinated pork tenderloin, ajo blanco, saffron potatoes
Served with Virgin triple Saison (8.5%) - Strong Belgian style, spiced Saison brewed using fresh Cardamom, Star anise, Liquorice root and UK hops. Brewed in collaboration with De Noord-Hollandse Bierbrouwerij, North Holland. A portion of Vienna malt has been added to the grist for a subtle, sweet, biscuit backbone.
Twice baked Tunworth cheese soufflé, frizze lettuce and apple salad
Served with Cavorter (3.7%) - Big punchy Antipodean Session IPA with lovely citrus and tropical fruit aromas and flavours from the copious amounts of Pacific Gem and Vic Secret hops!
Spiced plums, brimstone sabyon, iced yoghurt and malt tuille
Double brimstone (8.1%) - American Brown Ale. The first in a very special series of beers brewed to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Abbeydale Brewery. Generously hopped to provide a burst of freshness, which is balanced by a rich, dried fruit character reminiscent of figs, cranberries and dark raisins.
