MENU

Abbeydale Deception crisps with ale-i-oli

Pan seared scallops, chorizo and pea

Served with Heathen (4.1%) - This wonderfully refreshing pale session beer showcasing the marvellous Mosaic hops from America. Bursting with tropical fruit flavours and a pleasant citrus bitterness.

Lightly spiced beef carpaccio, marinated shallot, lime leaf crackers

Served with Salvation coconut stout (5.5%) - Full bodied with toasted coconut and Sorachi Ace hops, mouth wateringly complimented by velvety dark malts.

Hake fillet, braised fennel, bisque reduction and lemon

Served with Surreal Ale (4.1%) - An Abbeydale classic with a complementary bitterness. It's a 100% low colour maris Otter malt made with with a generous helping of New Zealand hops.

Marinated pork tenderloin, ajo blanco, saffron potatoes

Served with Virgin triple Saison (8.5%) - Strong Belgian style, spiced Saison brewed using fresh Cardamom, Star anise, Liquorice root and UK hops. Brewed in collaboration with De Noord-Hollandse Bierbrouwerij, North Holland. A portion of Vienna malt has been added to the grist for a subtle, sweet, biscuit backbone.

Twice baked Tunworth cheese soufflé, frizze lettuce and apple salad

Served with Cavorter (3.7%) - Big punchy Antipodean Session IPA with lovely citrus and tropical fruit aromas and flavours from the copious amounts of Pacific Gem and Vic Secret hops!

Spiced plums, brimstone sabyon, iced yoghurt and malt tuille

Double brimstone (8.1%) - American Brown Ale. The first in a very special series of beers brewed to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Abbeydale Brewery. Generously hopped to provide a burst of freshness, which is balanced by a rich, dried fruit character reminiscent of figs, cranberries and dark raisins.
