Balance, Not Symmetry is a beautiful tribute to art, music and friendship, co-written by Jamie Adams and Biffy Clyro’s Simon Neil, who also wrote the soundtrack for the film.
Laura Harrier (BlackKklansman) stars as a Scottish-American art student who is studying at Glasgow School of Art, and whose privileged existence is thrown into turmoil following the death of her father. Torn between supporting her mother (Kate Dickie) and dealing with her own sense of loss, she finds herself re-examining her life and friends, and finding new inspiration from provocative, energetic fellow student Hannah (Bria Vinaite, The Florida Project).
This film will be followed by an exclusive recorded acoustic performance from Biffy Clyro, sharing four songs from the films original soundtrack.
