What does your company do?
In a sentence we help businesses create and deliver great brand experiences for their customers. We help identify where best to focus our energy to improve the experience through a range of research techniques, then map and develop the experience in the context of the brand from a prospect or customer perspective. This often draws on our expertise in brand development, content delivery and digital technology. We then look to support our clients to deliver this experience across a spectrum of customer touchpoints. We believe that there's no point in having a fantastic product or service if every touchpoint that surrounds the end experience doesn't match that same expectation.

How many employees do you have?
Our company is made up of three core partners with experience across research, brand development and digital technology. We work with a network of partners that help us develop ideas and deliver the end product. This allows us to be more flexible with the solutions we might develop with clients by ensuring we're not limited or biased by the skills within our own delivery team.


How did your company start?

We've known each other for many years and often talked about working together.  We believe that as the digital landscape is maturing and getting increasingly complex for businesses that the opportunity to improve customer experiences with new services and products is growing by the day. A lot of companies out there are still not paying enough attention to the needs of the customer as they engage with a brand. Instead there is still too much focus on specific touchpoints without a view on the wider experience.

How long have you been in the workstation?

We have been here at The Workstation for around ten months, we arrived here on the 3rd of October 2014. Originally we were asking ourselves whether we should set up in Sheffield and decided that it’s an ideal location, a very creative and vibrant city which makes for some interesting individuals to work/collaborate with. It has great transport links and improving commercial facilities, and with The Peak District right on our doorstep it allows us to meet our passions for the world of outdoor pursuits in our spare time and then bring that passion to our work. There's also a great host of other interesting businesses in The Workstation and in close proximity, we're big believers in creating serendipity by putting ourselves in a location where we'll encounter others that want to do interesting work.

What’s next for you/ what does the future hold?

Working in a sector that is closely linked to technology, we're very aware that it's an ever changing space. We've got some exciting developments that we've been working on which we hope to get out into the public domain soon. In many ways we don't know what the future holds in terms of potential for improving experiences, however what we do want to ensure is that we move with developments and get the best from what might come for our clients and their customers.
