Our Kitchen

At the Showroom we pride ourselves on making as much as we possibly can in-house, including own-brand jams, chutneys, compotes, cakes, buns and homemade ice cream in an array of ever-changing flavours. The menu in the Showroom Bar is seasonal and changes frequently, plus there are always daily specials and a deli counter full of freshly baked cakes. We work closely with local suppliers and on the roof we even keep a city centre ‘allotment’ which supplies the kitchen with organic salads, herbs and other seasonal produce.

We regularly host special food and drink events with bespoke menus devised by our chefs. We are always happy to adapt our dishes in the Showroom Bar to suit different dietary needs.


JON TITE, Head Chef

The Kitchen team is led by Head Chef, Jon Tite. Jon won a special recognition award at last year's Eat Sheffield Awards for our gourmet vegetarian nights and has twice been a finalist in the Vegetarian Society’s Cordon Vert ‘Chef of the Future’ competition.
