Winter vegetable and lentil soup with a warm roll (ve, gfa)

Chicken liver parfait served with toasted ciabatta andd onion chutney

Traditional prawn cocktail with marie rose sauce and baby gem lettuce


MAINS

Roasted turkey breast dinner served with stuffing balls, chipolata sausages wrapped in bacon, Yorkshire pudding and rich gravy

Roast topside of beef with chipolata sausages wrapped in bacon, Yorkshire pudding and rich gravy

Roasted butternut squash and spinach filo tart with mushroom cream sauce served with seasonal veg (v, vea)

Salmon fillet served with wilted spinach, seasonal veg and prawn, lemon & chive beurre blanc

All mains served with seasonal veg and roast potatoes

DESSERTS

Christmas pudding with brandy sauce or cream

Chocolate orange torte served with vanilla ice cream (vea)

Chef selection cheeseboard served with crackers and chutney
