When Jimmy Logan loses his job, he and his brother cook up an explosive scheme to make some quick money – and lots of it. They plan to commit the perfect crime in the form of a massive heist during a NASCAR race at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in North Carolina. However, unlike every other successful team of heist-plotters, the Logan brothers don’t seem to have anything on their side: they don’t have money, they don’t have a crew, they aren’t the smartest and they aren’t particularly lucky. So – they’re going to need some help…and this help comes in the form of the tattooed, peroxide-blonde, somewhat unhinged local criminal: Joe Bang.
