Mamoru Hosoda Weekender
Throughout the end of May and beginning of June we are screening the cleverly written and beautifully animated films from Mamoru Hosoda, Mirai and Belle. Taking us into Hosoda’s high concept virtual worlds. Mirai, a family friendly film for all ages which won best Animated Feature film at the 46th Annie Awards. Belle, produced by Studio Chizu and inspired by the French tale of Beauty and the Beast, takes a modern twist in a virtual world.
