Take a fresh look at the Showroom's Spring menu

it’s dinner for two before a film or a light bite for brunch, why not try the
new Spring menu at the Showroom? Our award-winning head chef Jon Tite has
carefully crafted a menu bursting with flavour and with fresh, local
ingredients as the star of the show.
“I wanted to involve all the
kitchen staff in the new menu, we created it together, so we all share the same
passion for it.”
Jon, who prides himself on using locally sourced ingredients and
supporting independent suppliers, is an expert on vegetarian cuisine and has
twice been a finalist in the Vegetarian Society’s Cordon Vert ‘Chef of the
Future’. The new menu allowed Jon to experiment with, and further develop The
Showroom’s vegetarian and vegan options to create a selection of dishes that
are unique to Sheffield.
The menu also includes a wide range of meat and fish
dishes and caters for gluten free and other special dietary requirements. Try the Barnsley chop of lamb served with seasonal greens or the hearty sweet potato, puy lentil and red onion pie. An indulgent Showroom sundae with homemade ice cream guarantees the perfect ending!
