Jeff Bridges shines in perhaps the most beloved role of his career; Jeffrey “The Dude” Lebowski. Stoner, bowler, hero. He, along with his psychotic friend Walter (John Goodman), are drawn into a hazy underworld of blackmail, German nihilists and “Brother Shamuses” (not Irish monks) in the Coen Brothers’ hilariously ramshackle spin on the hardboiled works of Raymond Chandler.
