Luke, an independent young man with Down’s Syndrome looks
after his elderly mother at home. When she dies suddenly, underestimated by the
local authorities, he is forced to live in a residential care home. Losing his
mother and independence at the same time pushes Luke into new territory, and a
new environment with new people. Beautifully acted and photographed, My Feral
Heart is remarkable film about discovery, new beginnings and friendship.
