Human rights lawyer Philippe Sands discusses his book, a personal and political study of war crimes and their prosecution. Part historical detective story, part family history, part legal thriller, he presents parallel stories from Nazi-occupied Poland and the Nuremburg trials. Sands frequently appears before international courts where he has been involved in cases addressing Pinochet, Rwanda, Iraq and Guantanamo.

Followed by a screening of Sands’ documentary My Nazi Legacy.
