Showroom Cinema Terms & Conditions

ONLINE TICKET PURCHASES

  1. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and the right to require a customer to leave the premises without giving a refund.
  2. At all times we will endeavour to ensure that performances will take place in accordance with the advertised programme. However, we reserve the right to cancel a performance, substitute an alternative film or vary the time of an exhibition if forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control.
  3. If a performance is cancelled or its timing changed substantially, the Showroom’s liability will be restricted, at its discretion, to the refund of the cost of the ticket or the issue of a replacement ticket for the same film on an alternative occasion.
  4. Purchasers of tickets must observe the conditions of the British Board of Film Classification Certificate for the film being shown. The Management has a legal obligation to refuse admission to any person, who in the opinion of the Duty Manager, is under the minimum age required for "15", or "18" Certificate films (including children in arms). Proof of age may be required in certain instances.
  5. Children under the age of 12 are not admitted after 7pm unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  6. Babes in arms under the age of 1 year are admitted to "U", "PG" and “12A” films on the understanding that they will be asked to leave the auditorium should they cause disturbance to other customers. Proof of the child’s age is required (birth certificate). Weekly Kino Bambino screenings are specifically for parents / guardians with babes in arms and may include films rated “15”.
  7. Reduced prices for children under 15 years apply to "U", "PG" and "12A" Certificate films only.
  8. Concession tickets are available for students, children under 15, senior citizens and claimants for benefits. Proof of status and identity will be required.
  9. Tickets cannot be refunded, other than in exceptional circumstances (for example, film cancellations, technical failures, emergency building closure) at the discretion of the Manager - anything other than exceptional circumstances we can offer an exchange only. For online bookings, once tickets have been purchased we are unable to cancel the order.
  10. It is not permitted to use sound and video recording equipment, cameras or mobile telephones in any of our auditoriums.
  11. For ticket holders who cannot attend due to illness or have any symptoms of COVID19, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be able to offer an alternative ticket. If you are not sure when you will be able to return to the cinema, there is also the option to donate the price of your ticket to the Showroom, as a registered charity.
