Ticket Information
Booking fee: Showroom charges £1.50 fee per transaction, regardless of the number of tickets purchased on the phone or online. This fee is non-refundable. The booking fee does not apply to in person transactions with our Box Office team.
Groups: Groups of 10+ will receive 10% off each ticket; this applies to all prices including adults, children, concessions, and CINE 26 members, and can be booked via phone through our box office.
Family ticket: Family ticket admits 4 people with a minimum of 2 children.
CINE 26: CINE 26 is for ages 15-26 and you must sign up for free membership to access this. Please bring photo ID to box office on your first visit.
NHS/Blue Light discounts: NHS/Blue Light discount must be booked in person at box office, please bring your Blue Light card.
Meerkat Movies: Meerkat Movies codes cannot be used for special events and screenings. This includes Stage on Screen titles such as National Theatre Live and encore broadcasts. Please see the Meerkat Movies terms and conditions for more details.

Collecting tickets
Tickets booked online can be collected from our Box Office, Café Bar and the ticket collection machine in our main entrance foyer.
All pre-booked tickets are available for collection immediately after booking. To avoid queuing we recommend collection at the earliest opportunity or at least 45 minutes before the start of the screening.

Tickets are non-refundable.
For ticket holders who have any symptoms of COVID 19, please let us know as soon as possible, before your screening is due to take place and we will be able to offer an alternative ticket.
If we are unable to screen the advertised film or an event is cancelled, we can either arrange a ticket for a future screening or suitable alternative or issue a refund.
