A Change In The Weather + Q&A PG
A theatre director takes his wife and a group of performers on an isolated retreat in the sun-baked mountains of southern France. His work in progress: an exploration of the changing nature of love, and a portrait of a fractured marriage. As the days meander on, peppered with melancholy songs and performance as they workshop around the play, it becomes clearer that the work and the couple’s own lives are dramatically entwined.
The third film in a collection of unique, low-budget features directed by Jon Sanders, A Change In The Weather is an intimate and intriguing film, lifted by largely improvised performances.
This screening will be accompanied by a special Q&A with the filmmaker.
