Early Man PG
A brilliant claymation comedy from the studio that brought you Wallace & Gromit and Chicken Run. Dug and his friendly pet-pig sidekick Hognob live in the stone age with a well-meaning but stuck-in-their-ways tribe. With the arrival of the Bronze age, comes a new nemesis in the shape of the evil Lord Nooth. He and his bronze city have invented the wheel, bronze and best of all – sliced bread, but they’re new-age ways are encroaching on the tranquil lives of Dug and his tribe and forcing them out of their home. Their only hope is to challenge their new-age nemesis to a head to head match of the beautiful game.
An upbeat underdog sports tale wrapped in pre-historic furs with laughs for the entire family and some hearty political bite. Visually inventive and sharply told by a cast of British heavyweights including Richard Ayoade, Rob Brydon, Tom Hiddleston, Johnny Vegas, Kayvan Novak, Timothy Spall, Eddie Redmayne and Maisie Williams.
