Doc/Nights: Hoop Dreams + Director Q&A 12A
Celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, Hoop Dreams is a landmark achievement in documentary history. The film follows two aspiring high school basketball players over six turbulent years. It tells an intimate and extraordinary story that chronicles contemporary American culture, and the hopes, fears and desires of inner city youth.
The film will be followed by a Skype Q&A with the film’s Director, Steve James.
