After the film, join the Wing Chun King Fu workshop with Sifu Matthew Laurie.
In this practical session, you will learn some of the techniques from the movie, discover how Wing Chun skill can be used to overcome a stronger opponent and also learn some of the history and context of the skill.
Sifu Matthew Laurie is an authorised instructor with the Tse Qigong Centre and has been training since 2001. He has direct lineage to Grandmaster Ip Man through his teachers Master Darryl Moy, Master Michael Tse and Grandmaster Ip Chun. Sifu Laurie has travelled to Hong Kong to train with the eldest son of Ip Man, Grandmaster Ip Chun, who also taught Wing Chun to Donnie Yen in preparation for acting in the Ip Man movies.
The workshop will be one hour long and will take place straight after the movie in Showroom 5.
