Family Time: Migration U
From the creators of Despicable Me comes an adventure-filled new comedy about overcoming your fears and opening yourself up to the world and its opportunities.
The Mallard family embarks on a journey south for the winter to Jamaica via New York City, only for their well-laid plans to go awry, leading to new friends and unknown horizons.
Illumination’s signature humour – as seen in films such as Despicable Me, Sing, and The Secret Life of Pets – is combined with director Benjamin Renner’s creative style (as seen in Ernest & Celestine) and the hilarious writing of Mike White (known to grown-up’s as the writer and creator of The White Lotus and as the real Ned Schneebly in School of Rock).
This screening is presented in partnership with Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust who will provide activities and information after the film!
Migration is rated U, though it does contain very mild threat, violence, and rude humour. For fans of Minions, Rio, and Chicken Run.
Family Time screenings are relaxed and feature subtitles and low-level lighting for accessibility and comfort for all. All tickets are £5. Please find more information about Family Time here.
