Family Time: Muppets From Space U
This March, Family Time is celebrating all things Muppets! This week, we turn our attention to Gonzo, the beloved “whatever” and heroic stunt performer, as he experiences a crisis of identity.
On a quest to find his real family, Gonzo discovers that his long-lost relatives are actually aliens from another planet. After announcing his findings to the world on UFOMania - Miss Piggy's talk show - Gonzo becomes the target of a paranoid government operative. With the help of his Muppet friends, he must escape from the top-secret location and get to the rendezvous point in time to meet his new-found alien family.
Muppets From Space is rated U, though it contains mild comic violence. For fans of E.T, Lilo and Stitch and Shaun the Sheep: Farmageddon.
Join us for more Muppet March fun, with screenings of other Henson-hits all month long, every Saturday at 11am, concluding with The Muppets (2011) next week.
Family Time screenings are relaxed and feature subtitles and low-level lighting for accessibility and comfort for all. All tickets are £5. Please find more information about Family Time here.
