Family Time: ParaNorman PG
This Halloween weekend get spooked by a family-friendly zombie movie, showcasing LAIKA animation studios signature stop motion.
A misunderstood kid with the power to communicate with the dead must save his town from a centuries-old curse. Norman takes on ghosts, zombies and grown-ups in this adventure that combines horror and comedy for the perfect Halloween pick for all ages.
Brought to life by LAIKA animation studios, the film showcases their signature stop motion animation style (that you may have seen in Coraline, Kubo and the Two Strings and Missing Link).
Combining humour, horror, and a handcrafted touch, ParaNorman received nominations for both the Oscars and BAFTA’s “Best Animated Feature Film” awards.
ParaNorman is rated PG, as it contains mild comic horror and violence, frightening sequences and innuendo. For fans of Wendell and Wild, Coraline and The Nightmare Before Christmas.
Family Time screenings are relaxed and feature subtitles and low-level lighting for accessibility and comfort for all. All tickets are £5. Please find more information about Family Time here.
