GOOD TIME (Event)
GOOD TIME is a new monthly night of music, art, and performance, launching at Showroom Cinema on 22 March.
The first edition of GOOD TIME will feature a performance from audiovisual artist VJ KULESHOV, followed by music from Ben Taylor and visuals from artist and curator, Joseph Cutts.
VJ KULESHOV (8-9pm)
A heavily edited pop culture mixtape combining being raised by television and screens with huge songs across all genres. VJ KULESHOV splices arthouse auteurs, TV and pop culture curios and online culture with musical pop rocks. Expect to see and hear your favourite things and things that you’ve forgotten in a haze of Deja Vu.
VJK Volume One: Talking Heads, Martin Scorsese, Taylor Swift, Byker Grove, Claire Denis, Yonaka, Daria, Prince, That ITV game show, Mac Miller, The Godfather, The Glasgow Willy Wonka Experience, and more.
BEN TAYLOR X JOSEPH CUTTS (9-11pm)
Featuring visual installations from artist & curator Joseph Cutts (Yorkshire Artspace), Ben Taylor presents music spanning industrial, experimental and electronic to indie, dance and pop featuring:
