My Showroom (free loyalty scheme) Terms & Conditions

  1. The Showroom Loyalty card is issued by and remains the property of Showroom Workstation
  2. It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure they notify the Showroom Cinema of any changes in their personal contact details which relate to their Loyalty account records.
  3. To claim discount benefits and to earn points, your Loyalty card must be presented at the Showroom Box Office, Kiosk or Café Bar when purchasing and/or collecting tickets, concessions or food and drink.
  4. Promotional loyalty discounts and special offers cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other standard discounts and offers (e.g. film and food packages, already discounted screenings)
  5. Showroom Workstation reserve the right to vary the points issued on qualifying purchases. Any product may be excluded from the loyalty points scheme at the discretion of Showroom Workstation.
  6. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed against the purchase on which the points have been awarded.
  7. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed against purchases that you pay for with points.
  8. Loyalty points will only be added at the time of purchase or may be added later at the Showroom’s discretion.
  9. Loyalty points cannot be transferred to another account.
  10. You must spend a minimum of £1 in a single transaction to qualify for loyalty points collection.
  11. Loyalty points cannot be collected for third party events.
  12. The loyalty account will operate on a rolling subscription period unless the account remains unused for 12 months in which case the account will be closed. Showroom Workstation will contact the account holder using details provided before closing an account.
  13. Loyalty accounts are not transferable to a third party but may be transferred to an upgraded (paid) membership account
  14. Cancellation of a loyalty account will result in the loss of all points gathered to that point.
  15. Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed in cash.
  16. Lost or stolen cards can be replaced for a fee of £3 per card.
